Based in Cape Town, Diarize Me is a dynamic startup, which provides web-based software that incorporates appointment management, client management, regular and scheduled client reminders, advanced accounting features, payment options and robust reporting features to help take appointment based businesses to the next level!

Job Description:

The main purpose of this position is to generate leads and converting them into paid registrations, by providing prospective clients with relevant information and using a persuasive customer-oriented sales approach to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to incoming queries and work progressively to close sales, through execution of email and telephone contact with clients..
  • Employ telesales or equivalent marketing strategies to ensure we reach all leads interested in using our prospective products.
  • Complete structured and unstructured tasks related to each marketing campaign during the preparation, implementation, and wrap-up phases and constantly seek opportunities to improve processes.
  • Complete product knowledge training and proactively seek ways to improve product and industry knowledge and better understand the target market for our products
  • Accurately collate data and compile necessary reports relating to marketing campaigns, relevant projects and clients.
  • Assume responsibility for own productivity, remain up to date on company projects and ensure company and department objectives are met.

Job Requirements:

  • Matric exemption and tertiary education preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years sales experience, involving email and telephone engagement with prospective clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication to quality and client service.
  • High energy and ability to work in a fast paced business.
  • Skill in organising time and establishing priorities.
