Before Diarize Me, we telephonically called our clients to remind them of their appointments the day before. Most of them did not answer our call. If they did answer they would forget the day and time the appointment was made. The number of clients that arrived was less than desirable. We have discovered with Diarize Me, we no longer waste energy on following up on appointments. More clients arrive as they can view the appointment details via their SMS reminders.
